Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gem-Powere R8 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Stober product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the R45HCNATSLFNV00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P20B13100FXSAN manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P421SPR0040MT by Manufacturer Stober as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sew Brand R57DT90L4Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reuland such as OLGNE16N2000 equipment made by Reuland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reuland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reuland" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R57DT100L4107RPM made by Sew as well as the popular P56H1337 original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ND9462 by Gefeg and OLGNE16N2000 spares by Reuland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PG142001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bayside.
